1. Information we process

We process information provided by account holders and information retrieved from advertising and marketing platforms that an authorized user chooses to connect.

• Account and organization information, including names, business details, email addresses and access roles.
• Advertising account, campaign, ad group, ad, creative, performance and spend information.
• Lead information submitted through authorized forms, which may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, locations and form answers.
• Connection information such as encrypted access and refresh tokens, authorization status and synchronization logs.
• Technical and security information needed to operate, protect and diagnose the service.
• Optional public website usage information collected through Google Analytics only after consent, such as page views, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions with website content.

2. How we use information

• To connect authorized marketing platforms and synchronize permitted data.
• To organize campaigns, leads, content, SEO work and client reporting.
• To route leads and publish only the information an agency approves for a client.
• To maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, monitor service health and recover failed synchronizations.
• To understand how visitors use the public Digital Adz website and improve its content and experience.
• To provide support and comply with legal obligations.

3. Google user data

When a user connects Google Ads, Digital Adz requests access only to the Google Ads information needed for the features the user enables. The initial integration is read-only and is used for account discovery, campaign assignment and performance reporting.

Digital Adz does not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or disclose it except to the authorized agency and client users, service providers acting on our instructions, or where required by law. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing and tenant separation

Each agency and client workspace is logically separated. Agencies decide which accounts, campaigns, leads, creatives, KPIs and financial information may be visible to each client. We do not sell personal information or lead information.

5. Security and retention

Connection tokens are encrypted and access is restricted by role and tenant. We use monitoring, audit checks, backups and recovery controls designed to protect the service.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes and maintain security. Authorized users may disconnect a platform, and account holders may request deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, opt out of sale or sharing, or limit sensitive-information use through our controlled Privacy Request Center. 7. International processing and children

Digital Adz may process information using service providers in other countries with appropriate safeguards. The service is intended for businesses and authorized professional users and is not directed to children.
